This is a place to grow in your craft, discover your voice, and walk alongside others who understand the joy and responsibility of writing for God's glory.
Together, we'll learn from experienced authors, encourage one another, pray over the writing journey, and provide practical tools to help bring God-given ideas from the heart to the page. More than a writers' group, The Scribe's Circleis a community committed to helping one another write with purpose, courage, and faith. We believe that stories can heal, truth can transform lives, and that the words God entrusts to His people are meant to be shared with the world. 2 Corinthians 12:9
"And He said unto me, 'My grace is sufficient for thee, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.'"
What if the place you call weakness is actually the place where God most delights to reveal Himself?
We often assume God is looking for the gifted, the confident, and the capable. Yet throughout Scripture, He consistently chooses people who know they are not enough in themselves. Why? Because His Kingdom has never been built on human adequacy. It has always been established through divine sufficiency.
Your sense of inadequacy is not an obstacle to God. It is often His invitation.
The Father is not asking you to become stronger before you say yes. He is inviting you to discover a strength that was never meant to originate from you. Grace is not merely God's forgiveness. Grace is His empowering presence, enabling you to become everything He has already envisioned for your life.
Every assignment from God is really an invitation to discover another dimension of who He is.
When Gideon saw himself as the least, God called him a mighty warrior.
When Esther felt the weight of an impossible moment, Heaven had already prepared her "for such a time as this."
God is never intimidated by your weakness. He simply sees another opportunity to display His goodness.
So instead of asking, "Am I enough?" ask a better question:
"Who will God reveal Himself to be through this opportunity?"
The answer to that question will always be greater than your fears, greater than your limitations, and greater than your own understanding.
His grace is sufficient.
