Prayer

Prayer is the lifeline of every believer, our direct connection to God’s heart. Scripture assures us that when we call upon the Lord, He hears us (Jeremiah 33:3), and the prayers of the righteous are powerful and effective (James 5:16). In prayer we receive peace beyond understanding (Philippians 4:6–7), strength for daily living (Isaiah 40:31), and guidance for the path ahead (Proverbs 3:5–6). Jesus Himself modeled prayer as both a discipline and a daily necessity. Prayer roots us in faith, draws us near to God’s presence, and moves mountains (Mark 11:23–24). And because of our covenant with God, we can pray with confidence, knowing He promises us a close, personal relationship—along with healing, protection, provision, and so much more.
